Here at ITS, we pride ourselves on the technical support we can offer our clients. With over 80 man year’s experience of supporting CCTV open architecture systems, we have the ability to deal with the majority of issues surrounding protocols, transmission and databases etc.
If in the rare event there is anything we have no previous experience of, we have a solid network of people around us to be able to solve the problem and fix it.

Control Room Design and Installation
Working closely with the right supplier for the project, ITS are able to offer a complete design solution for an ergonomic control room for security and surveillance use.
Our design can encompass, furniture, air conditioning, security control equipment, IT and network infrastructure, server room, UPS, monitor walls, live video feeds etc.
Each control room designed by ITS is individual and specific to that particular customers requirements. The client can be involved as little or as much as they choose from the original design ideas through to the final design and installation, therefore ensuring the clients requirements are met and exceeded.

Project Management and Commissioning of Equipment
ITS can work as an independent project manager for your security installation, this can either be as the next stage from using a consultant or completely independent.
We are able to manage the entire installation from suppliers, sub-contractors and third party liaisons as required to ensure that the system delivered to the end-user exceeds their expectations.
By using ITS, you can be sure of having a single point of contact for any issues arising from the installations, and co-ordination of trades, with one of our experienced project manager’s being assigned to the project, depending on your requirements, this can either be on a full time basis or ad-hoc.

Independent Product Testing and Evaluation
Over the last few years, here at ITS we’ve noticed that there are many old systems that require some form of upgrade.
We can provide an independent evaluation of what you require and provide testing of your preferred systems.
